BSD 50X – BELT SLIP DETECTOR

DESCRIPTION

THE BSD-50X SYTEM PROVIDES A MEASUREMENT SYSTEM TO DETECT BELT SLIP IN A CONFIGURATION WITH REMOTE MOUNTED TRANSMITTER ELECTRONICS.

It includes:

  • Shaft mounting PT-500/501 Pulse Tachometer.
  • Remote mounting BSD Detection Unit (Transmitter) in field mounting enclosure, providing:
  • 0-10 VDC Output proportional to Belt Speed.
  • Single pole change-over relay (fail safe) to indicate Belt Slip beyond the Set-Point value.
