Description
The Tectron® Model 8050 metal detector is the only pulsed eddy current metal detector that is able to differentiate between magnetic and non-magnetic metals.
Originally developed for iron ore mines to work in conjunction with an electromagnet, the model 8050 comes with an ouput for indicating when non-magnetic metal is detected and can also be outfitted with a magnet activation circuit to turn on a downstream electromagnet for automatic removal of the magnetic tramp metal.
