UNICAL
The UNICAL® Density Analyser is portable, hand-held calibration tool for the Production Supervisor or Instrument Technician. UNICAL® allows fast and accurate measurement of hand drawn density samples. UNICAL® is battery powered and extremely small and light, making for a portable instrument. Density value is indicated, in SG units, on a bright and easy to read, large digit LCD display.
Options include:
Stainless steel sampling flasks in one or 10 litre capacity. These flasks are precisely manufactured for accurate volume control and to reduce the errors normally encountered when drawing a manual sample.
Certified calibration weights to allow rapid verification of the analyser accuracy.
The UNICAL-200 Density Analyser provides the same functionality as UNICAL® and finds application where portability is not a requirement. Powered from mains, the UNICAL-200 provides all the features of UNICAL® with increased accuracy in a more rugged arrangement. The UNICAL-200 provides a direct read-out of hand sample density in SG units or % Solids.
The mains powered UNICAL-420 Density Analyser provides enhanced functionality over the UNICAL-200. It finds application where the automated logging of hand drawn samples is required. The system will time & date stamp the sample measurement value as well as identify the operator drawing the sample. The UNICAL-420 will additionally allow identification of the Process line from which the sample was drawn.
